These are the new Thomastik, Dominant Pro viola strings everyone is raving about now.  Thomastik makes the super bold declaration that they are "the the fastest responding viola strings in the parallel universe!" and from what our professional violists are telling us, this is very true.  They are super warm, but have a very big and projecting response.  Not the cheapest, but worth it.  Yes, the A is actually more money than the D (again...worth it!)
